STAFF EVALUATION
At the middle school level there are no library assistants. Additionally, only an administrator can evaluate a staff member. It would be against contract for the LMS to do so.
Assistant or clerk responsibilities are as follows:

Assistant or clerk responsibilities are as follows:
- participate in annual privacy training aligned with ALA guidelines
- manage and clean Chrome Books; make minor repairs
- re-shelve books
- straighten shelves
- check-in and check-out books
- work with students on projects and research
- help students and staff find materials
- re-label books
- host after school clubs or groups
- host lunch groups
- assist with inventory
- assist with the book fair
- mend books
- arrange displays or bulletin boards
- make copies, most materials will be distributed through Google Classroom (as needed)
- attend to other duties as assigned
