Inventory is typically done at the end of the school year for middle schools.

An email will be sent to all media specialists indicating when the inventory window is open.

1. Enter User ID and password.
2. Click Scan Items button then choose Login.
3. Make sure to record the day inventory begins.
4. Scan books as far you can.
5. If you are unable to finish in one session, click the Finished on the bottom right corner.
6. When you are ready to continue, follow the above steps.
7. Any issues need to be addressed through the Curriculum Media Specialist at district office.
